Gone are the days when pole dancing is something that only strippers do at night clubs and that is the reason why I want you to discover what pole fitness is really about.

Want to try pole dancing but are too shy to join a class? Do not fear! I hold Beginners ONLY courses, where you will share your first steps with other complete beginners, who have never poled before! You will soon realise how addictive pole fitness can be whilst toning up and making new friends in a friendly and safe environment.
